Two worlds games3/5/2023 I felt with such high computer requirements this game would be the one I could finally come back to.īut now, on to my review. I had to upgrade my power supply to 750W. At first I could not play it because it was wiping out my computer. I chose this game from a list of games on the Black Friday Steam Sales list and was interested in this game. I mean some of them (like Fallout) are but a lot of them that require precision shooting are not. I don’t count first person shooter RPGs as really RPGs. So this is realistically my first RPG in quite some time. I will say that I did play Mario and Luigi Battle in Time for the Nintendo DS… but that’s hardly a RPG… just something I did at my lame job to pass time. It was just a pretty terrible game and it was obvious to me that RPGs much like RTSes were falling behind the time. I played through that game twice and it just never got any better. The first 2 hours of the bloody game is just video.įable was sort of the last straw for me. I fell apart from the group adventurers RPG pretty much as soon as Final Fantasy 10 came out, that game sucked ass. Some of my favorites are still those dungeon RPGs that focus around you first person running through dungeons and building yourself up. ![]() It’s not that I don’t like RPGs it’s just that I never had time for RPGs in my life. How long? Well, the last non-MMO RPG I played was probably Fable. E3 2010: Two Worlds II Hands-On Impression, 10.I can honestly say it has been a long time since I played a fantasy RPG. It’s sooo much better than the first one and anyone in the press can see it right away. If you did not like the first game at all, give this one a try when it comes out. Two Worlds II is scheduled to be released this Fall on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. ![]() If there is some point in the game where the character decides to switch from Mage into a Warrior due to the enemy advantage, a player can just press the Left button. The ones I’ve played are Mage and Warrior. In Two Worlds, there are three classes that the protagonist can change into. The character progression islinear as you earn Skill Points, you are limited to choices as to what skills the player wants. It’s no longer a bar, but a circle container. To the right is the Health, Stamina, and Mana container. The middle ones shows the things that are hot keyed and the experience bar. Similar to the first game, players can still do shortcuts of attacks and items to use via hot key. The protagonist is now not only capable of executing one monotonous stroke but instead, every weapon that the player chooses has their own combo execution. Players will be happy to know that Two Worlds II hs an all-new combat sytem that is miles better than the first one. For fans of western RPGs, the protagonist can be fully customizable as players can change their appearance. Players can now see of the character’s shadow while walking, water looks like it’s real, and even the flames successfully mimics the real thing. It looks much smoother and there’s a lot of detail in every inch of its environment. The visuals of Two Worlds II have improved in every aspect of the game. ![]() Two Worlds II is made from the ground up making the improvements very noticeable. By just walking down their booth, I can clearly see that it’s nine times better than the first one. Today at the show floor, one of the games that piqued my interest in was South Peak Games’ sequel to Two Worlds on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. If there is a westernized RPG that can be considered to be one of the worst ones of all time, that would be Two Worlds on the Xbox 360 and PC.
